Some other pancakes with banana
Had still 2 bananas left and knew nothing to start with: Need make known way so inventive. So I experimented a bit again.
Cut 2 bananas into small pieces and puree with the blender.
1 egg to give (without shell ;-)) and
add about 3 to 4 tablespoons of flour and mix everything with the blender.
Using a spoon, place the dough in the heated pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
As with ordinary pancakes, the above can also be enjoyed with sugar or applesauce.
