Parmesan pancakes

Recipe for delicious Parmesan pancakes

ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 400 ml of milk (or milk water)
  • 150 g of flour
  • 150 g of Parmesan
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Salt, pepper, fresh grated nutmeg

preparation

  1. Pour eggs into a bowl and stir well with the whisk.
  2. Add the flour alternately with the milk.
  3. Season and possibly mix well with the blender.
  4. Stand on the side and leave covered for about 30 minutes.
  5. Chop the chives very finely and mix with the Parmesan.
  6. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  7. Mix the dough with the cheese mixture.
  8. Pour batter into the hot olive oil with a ladle and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  9. Arrange on a preheated plate.

You may also be served a colorful salad.

The sweet variant

  • Instead of the cheese 3 sour apples.
  • Peel apples, core seeds and cut into small pieces.
  • Caramelise 100 g of sugar in a frying pan.
  • Give the apple pieces briefly, stir a few times.
  • Put the caramelized apples in the pancake batter.
  • Bake the pancakes.
