Recipe for delicious Parmesan pancakes
ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 400 ml of milk (or milk water)
- 150 g of flour
- 150 g of Parmesan
- 1 bunch of chives
- Salt, pepper, fresh grated nutmeg
preparation
- Pour eggs into a bowl and stir well with the whisk.
- Add the flour alternately with the milk.
- Season and possibly mix well with the blender.
- Stand on the side and leave covered for about 30 minutes.
- Chop the chives very finely and mix with the Parmesan.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- Mix the dough with the cheese mixture.
- Pour batter into the hot olive oil with a ladle and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- Arrange on a preheated plate.
You may also be served a colorful salad.
The sweet variant
- Instead of the cheese 3 sour apples.
- Peel apples, core seeds and cut into small pieces.
- Caramelise 100 g of sugar in a frying pan.
- Give the apple pieces briefly, stir a few times.
- Put the caramelized apples in the pancake batter.
- Bake the pancakes.
