spicy noodle salad

Summer pasta salad, no mayo but with spiciness: a salad for people who like it a little more spicy!
The recipe is for about 6-8 people I like it even in winter - even without side dishes.
ingredients
- 250 g Farfalle (loop noodles)
- salt
- 1 can of corn
- 250 g Perlerbsen (frozen!)
- 3 tomatoes
- ½ snake cucumber
- 1 bunch of spring onions (optionally 1 normal onion)
- 1 bunch dill (optionally ¾ pck deep-frozen)
- 250 g of cured ham (sliced)
- almost ¼ L of oil
- 6 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Sambal Olek
- 1 clove of garlic
preparation
- Cook noodles in salted water.
- Rinse the corn and peas in a strainer lukewarm and drain.
- Wash tomatoes and dice.
- Wash, clean and slice the spring onions.
- Finely cut the dill. (Goes also with frozen, bought)
- Cut the ham into short strips.
- From oil, vinegar, Sambal Olek and the pressed garlic clove stir a salad dressing.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large salad bowl, season with salt
- let it through for about 15-20 minutes.
