Stracciatella quark cream
You need 1 pack (10-12) of moor heads, from which you first separate the waffle. Pour the meringue heads (without waffle) into a mixing bowl and crush with the fork, then add the juice of half a lemon, stir this mixture well until it is smooth and add 500 g quark. Smooth stirring finished.
