Sweet bread soup

Better you can not dispose of old brown bread ;-)

Ingredients:
about 1 liter of buttermilk
about 250 to 500 grams of black bread, like already dry ...
a packet of whipped cream and vanilla sugar

Since today you can hardly get any "real" brown bread any more, as it was normal in the 80s, you should choose one that has as few full grains as possible (unless you stand on it).

I then put about half a liter of buttermilk with the desired amount of bread in a mixing bowl, and work the mass with an electric blender until all the grains are history. Now the rest of buttermilk is added. Everything is sweetened with sugar to taste. You should make sure that the soup is still "creamy", because the bread is still on the rise. We want a soup and no pudding ...

Cook for a few minutes, and you're done!

It is served in course in a soup plate, with 3 tablespoons of stiff and cold whipped cream on top of it ...

Do not mix! ;-)
