Ingredients for about 4 people
- 1 vegetable onion
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 pack of brunch herbs
- 200 ml of cream
- optional some white wine to deglaze
- Salt pepper
- Garlic (can not, does not have to)
- TK herbs
- about 300 g pasta
preparation
- Cooking tagliatelle, but not quite ready. Quietly let bite.
- Fry chopped onions in a large pan. I also like to caramelise them with some sugar.
- In addition the also small cut champions. Roast both neatly.
- If you like, add the garlic.
- For those who like it, and where no children eat: Douse with a strong dash of white wine. For everyone else: Deglaze with cream.
- Stir in the brunch on a low heat, season and add the herbs.
- Now add the tagliatelle to the pan, stir in and simmer for about 10 minutes.
