Tagliatelle with mushroom brunch sauce

If things need to go fast again - tagliatelle with mushroom brunch sauce.

Ingredients for about 4 people

  • 1 vegetable onion
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 pack of brunch herbs
  • 200 ml of cream
  • optional some white wine to deglaze
  • Salt pepper
  • Garlic (can not, does not have to)
  • TK herbs
  • about 300 g pasta

preparation

  1. Cooking tagliatelle, but not quite ready. Quietly let bite.
  2. Fry chopped onions in a large pan. I also like to caramelise them with some sugar.
  3. In addition the also small cut champions. Roast both neatly.
  4. If you like, add the garlic.
  5. For those who like it, and where no children eat: Douse with a strong dash of white wine. For everyone else: Deglaze with cream.
  6. Stir in the brunch on a low heat, season and add the herbs.
  7. Now add the tagliatelle to the pan, stir in and simmer for about 10 minutes.
