Tinker mini hanger

Clothes hangers were needed for the dollhouse. So I made some paper clips out of paper clips.

When children come to mind that the dollhouse needs a wardrobe with ironing, this requirement can easily be met with paper clips, a few matches or shashlik skewers. It took me awhile to figure out how to bend the paperclips to make it a cute hanger. If you know how, it is very quick and easy. First, bend the shorter inside of the paper clip down and push the short end of the wire slightly up. Then bend the longer side down to create the triangular shape. Use a pair of flat-nose pliers to bend the protruding end straight up. Use the pliers to pry off the protruding end and use the tip of the pliers to form the eyelet for hanging up the stirrup. Done is the temple.

For the wardrobe, stick together two long matches or kebab skewers and a short match or a toothpick with hot glue or clay in a stand. Use plasticine or modeling clay to form feet so that the stand also stops.

This is needed:

  • Paperclips (rounded)
  • flat-nosed pliers
  • Shashlik skewers, toothpicks or matches
  • Plasticine or modeling clay
  • Hot glue gun
