Vegetarian pizza bags

Ingredients:

For the dough, it is best to take a yeast dough (yeast dough). It is up to you whether you take proper or dry yeast. However, if you use dry yeast, then take something less than is normally used for such yeast dough on dry yeast. This does not make the dough so flavorful.

Other ingredients:

Beef tomatoes (large)
something ketchup
onion
Oregano, thyme, basil
Salt pepper
Pizza cheese (I take a mix of mozzarella, emmenthaler and mountain cheese)
various other vegetables to taste
would also fit well with e.g. tuna
a little olive oil

Preparation:
First, we have to prepare the tomato sauce. Of course, a finished tomato sauce works, but I prefer to do it myself. For this I cut a small onion into small cubes and let them fry in some olive oil glassy. In the meantime, I cut the tomatoes into small pieces and then add them to the onion and let it simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes. Now add about 1/2 l of water. Add two or three drops of ketchup and stir well.
Cook the mixture well for half an hour or half hour with a low heat followed by seasoning with salt, pepper, thyme and basil and, if necessary, add some ketchup to taste. Simmer well again for half an hour until the sauce has the right consistency.

Now it's time for the dough. How to prepare a yeast dough is explained in about 2 trillion digits on the Internet. Roll out the finished dough on a floured surface and cut out 4x4 cm squares.

Spread the tomato sauce over the squares and then top with the vegetables (or tuna). Sprinkle some more onion and a little oregano and cheese over it. Now fold the squares similar to ravioli and press in well at the ends. The whole thing is done now with all dough squares.

Now heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the pizza pockets on both sides for about 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.

Tip: In order not to become abreast of Abraxas again (biggrin.gif), it should be mentioned that a "real" tomato sauce should simmer for several hours. But since not everyone really has the time, I have described the fast method here.
