White wine marinade for meat

I have this white wine marinade for pork, chicken, turkey and even lamb. I like it best with lamb.

For about 300 ml of marinade you need:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 finely chopped shallot
1 carrot grated
2 crushed juniper berries
2 black crushed peppercorns
1 stalk of celery green chopped
2 stems of parsley
1 bay leaf
1 thyme branch
1 slice of lemon
about 200ml dry white wine

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir, then marinate the meat for several hours and then prepare to recipe.
