White Wurstbrötchen
What for lovers of white sausage.
You take:
- Laugengebäck (Laugenbrötchen, -zopf, -bar or similar)
- Weißwurst
- Sweet mustard
- sliced radish in fine slices
Slice the pretzels and sprinkle both halves with sweet mustard, place the slices of white sausage lengthwise in the slices, add the radii on top, fold, and you're done. The white sausage you can also make hot, but I also find it cold very tasty.
