Apple curd poppy seed cake with sprinkles
Apple quark poppy seed cake with sprinkles, for a large springform (28 cm):
First, a batter is made from:
4 eggs
150 g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
150 g margarine or butter
250 g flour
1/2 packet of baking powder
Fill this dough into the greased springform. Then a quark poppy seed comes on it. It works like this:
250 g quark 20% fat
50 g of sugar
2 vanilla sugar
1 pack of ready-made baking poppy seed (brand does not matter)
1 egg
Mix everything well and then stroke on the batter. Now the apples come into play:
I can not give an exact quantity because I did not weigh them. But you get that out already. Peel the apples and cut into slices. Then put it close to the poppy seed mass.
Now for the delicious sprinkles:
150 g of flour
75 g of sugar
80 g butter (please no margarine)
Knead well and spread on the apples.
So and now in the oven and O / U - Heat bake for about 1 hour at 170 degrees.
