Baileys confectionery

Ingredients:

100g white chocolate, 100g milk chocolate, 40g soft butter, 120g creme fraiche, 40g icing sugar, 75ml Baileys (or - depending on your taste - a little more), 20 pieces of crumbly biscotti (spoonfulsquit), some crumbly hollowhipped (hip).

Soften white chocolate and milk chocolate, butter, crème fraîche, icing sugar and Baileys, stir well. Add the breadcrumbs and knead. If one of the Baileys taste is too little, add some liqueur and if the mass is then too soft, also add some Biskotten. Approximately Refrigerate for 1 hour until the mixture is firm. Form balls and roll in hollow stick crumbs. Put into little molds and refrigerate.
