Banana skin black, no problem
It happened to me today, from one day to the other, the shell of the banana turns black. Uncoupled, she looked quite good, except for a few small spots but so you can not serve them!
I just adorned it and it tasted really good too.
I still had a bag of chocolate icing in the cupboard, a little stock must be yes.
A small corner of the pack was cut off, and a grid was sprinkled on the banana. The ends dipped once and she looked just fine.
