Bean salad sweet and sour
ingredients
- Two glasses of yellow beans
- A glass of green beans
- A can of kidney beans
- A green pepper
- An onion
- Salt, sugar, pepper
- Wine vinegar, oil

preparation
Open the beans and pour out the liquid, then place in a large bowl (not too small). Then put the kidney beans in a sieve and rinse under cold water, then add. Finely chop the onion and the peppers (not too big). Stir all together once (mix).
Now we come to the seasoning:
Half a teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of salt. Now add eight to twelve tablespoons of sugar. Mix everything again. In the end, add 12 tbsp of wine vinegar (rather more), a pinch of savory (beware, just a pinch of not too much). Stir the salad again. Now a shot of oil still pure that tastes fine then. Please do not try (does not taste yet). Should go through a night, then for a barbecue as a side dish ... great.
If you want, you can add a few garden herbs, parsley etc. Because I rarely have herbs, I like to take garden herbs out of my jar. For a party, birthday or just a barbecue on Saturday evening ... awesome.
