Beehive casserole

This week, I once went through my favorite recipes and picked this pasta dish for you. It's a bit of a hassle, but I think it's worth it because the eye also eats well.

Beehive casserole

For this you need:


3 onions
75 g of beef jerky
375 g of mixed minced meat
2 tablespoons oil
1 kl. Can of tomato paste or 1/2 tube
2 bags of dried porcini mushrooms
pepper
1 tsp thyme
salt
3 eggs
75 g of grated cheese (mild or spicy to taste)
1 bunch of chives
nutmeg


Soak the mushrooms, then finely chop the peeled onions and the dried beef. Roast the dried meat in the pan, add the minced meat with a fork and fry in the open pan over a high heat.

Then add the onions, season with pepper and thyme and continue to fry for about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, salt the minced meat, stir in tomato paste and the drained porcini mushrooms under the ground beef.


At the same time you can boil 250 g of macaroni in salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain and drain well.

Oil a fire-proof round dish inside and sprinkle with bread crumbs. The shape is designed spirally with the macaroni. Then lay in layers of minced meat and macaroni. The drain are macaroni.

Whisk the eggs with cheese, chives and nutmeg and pour over the casserole.

Place the casserole dish in a saucepan filled with water and cook in a preheated oven: electric cooker at 180 degrees, gas level 2, for 1 hour.

Pour the casserole onto a plate and fold it over with sliced ​​tomato slices / slices. There is also a salad.
