In Eastern Europe, the coffee is usually added directly to the cup, hot water, milk and sugar and ready.

A modified type, the brewing is like loose tea in a jug or a Siebstempelkanne WITHOUT sieve temples, instead a fine sieve.

After brewing, wait a moment, shake a little and the coffee sinks down. On top remains the delicious coffee foam. Simply through the sieve into the cup. Maybe then at the bottom is something sentence.

By pouring unflatter flavorings remain in the powder. The pungent taste, as in the classic coffee machine is missing completely. After a moment, the brewed coffee will be even milder. After 2-3 minutes you can take a very strong coffee, after 10 minutes it is even rounder.


Considerably cheaper than all capsules, pads and fully automatic machines. Also clearly superior in taste. If you take then also a high-quality coffee, freshly ground on a rough level for Siebstempelkanne, keeps this then locked in the freezer, then really almost no longer comes to this coffee quality.
