Washing machine stops suddenly?
If the washing machine stops during the washing program and reacts to no further program selection, it is usually due to the coals on the engine.
1. Typical reaction, trying to spin in the spin program (short turn right - left) then off.
2. Typical reaction, despite glowing voltage lamp, does not draw water.
The coals are replaceable and cost compared to a new engine only a few euros (in my case, 12 euros for a set of new coals compared to a new engine in exchange of about 250 euros). Remove old coals and unsolder them from the device, solder in new coals and reinstall them on the engine, and washing can continue.
