Cabbage, apple and carrot salad

Here is the recipe for a crisp-fresh pointed cabbage-apple-carrot salad as a healthy side dish (for example, to the crispy Rösti-thaler of my last recipe).
ingredients
- 1 small or 1/2 cabbage (about 500 g)
- 2-3 carrots
- 2 small apples
- 4 small panicle tomatoes
- some grapes
- a little apple juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- some honey or sugar
- about 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
preparation
- First, mix the apple juice and lemon juice with honey or sugar and olive oil.
- Then the cabbage is washed, cleaned and quartered, the hard stalk removed and the pointed cabbage leaves cut into very fine strips.
- The carrots are washed, peeled and roughly grated.
- The apples are washed, quartered and freed from the core, then cut into thin cubes, the tomatoes are cut into small pieces and the grapes are halved.
- The whole is then mixed well in a bowl with the apple and lemon juice.
- Finally, just mix in the sunflower seeds and let everything pass through, then the healthy, vitamin-rich salad is ready for consumption!
