Red lentil salad

The red lentil salad is very low in fat, is good with grilled or on its own as a vegan dinner, because it is also very filling.
Ingredients and preparation
- Wash 250 g of red lentils and cook for 10 minutes, then pour off water and salt.
- Core 3-4 tomatoes and chop them
- Wash and chop 1 bunch of smooth parsley
- Cut 1 bunch of spring onions into thin rings
- Crush 2 cloves of garlic
Mix everything together
- Squeeze 2 lemons, mix juice with 1 teaspoon of oil, salt and pepper.
- If you have, you can add an EL Sumach / Sumak (vinegar fruit, dried and chopped, available in Turkish shops).
- Let it go for a short time!
