Summer salad - leeks with apple, cold or warm
About 4 leek leeks are washed, cut into thin slices (also into the green) and blanched for 1-2 minutes in boiling water.
Then peel about 5 apples, cut them into small pieces and drizzle them with the juice of a lemon. Leeks and apples are mixed. A bunch of spring onions is chopped and added.
The dressing consists of: lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, a little (!) Chilli powder and freshly grated ginger to taste.
Sprinkle with chives.
Cold as a refreshing summer salad, warm it tastes good with poultry dishes.
