Celery with cheese - gratinated

Celeriac is a delicious vegetable and too much to be used only as part of the birch tree.

For 4 people you need:

3 celery tubers
150 g grated Gouda
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
4 tbsp breadcrumbs

Butterflöckchen, together 70 g

That is how it goes:

The celery tubers are sliced unpeeled, then peeled. So it's easier than fighting the big tubers. The slices are cut into bite-sized pieces.

This is cooked in slightly salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain.

In a bowl you mix the two kinds of grated cheese and the breadcrumbs and some salt, pepper and sweet paprika. In there come the well-drained pieces of celery, mix everything.

A casserole is buttered, then the celery comes on it and finally the butter flakes are distributed on the vegetables.

For about 20 minutes, bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the vegetables are golden brown.

These taste very good little Nuremberg sausages or fish cakes.

Fish Patties:

500 g salmon fillet with 1 egg, 1 nem soaked and pressed bread roll, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley and some breadcrumbs in a blender or meat grinder (are there also fish wolves?) Crush to a smooth mass.

Form patties and fry in oil until golden brown. A little remoulade tastes great.
