Baked Brussels sprouts - delicious side dish with meat dishes

In Brussels sprouts, I could put myself, even cooled before (not me, but the Brussels sprouts) - and like chocolates in front of the TV.

This recipe here is unusual, I think, and very, very delicious.

You need 500 g Brussels sprouts, cleaned


  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Pepper and salt, half a tsp

Cut off the cleaned Brussels sprouts / feet, remove yellow leaves and mix in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.

It comes in a flat ovenproof form and is baked for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees in the oven. Then remove, turn once and bake for another 10 minutes.

It is slightly crunchy, slightly brownish and tastes great, for example turkey or chicken.
