  • 1 L beef broth (bouillon cube or concentrate)
  • 1 heaped EL cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sweet pepper
  • 1 cup of sour cream or sour cream
  • Salt, sugar

Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut crosswise on the stalk. Peel potatoes, dice, also dice the onion. Sliced ​​sausages. Melt the margarine in the saucepan, fry the sausages with onions and garlic, add the Brussels sprouts and potatoes, and add the broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 min at the lowest level.
