Charcoal stew with crackers

For the charcoal stew with crackers (recipe for 4 pers.) You need:
ingredients
- 1000 g Brussels sprouts
- 500 g potatoes
- 2 onions (medium sized)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 400 g Mettwurst or Knacker
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 L beef broth (bouillon cube or concentrate)
- 1 heaped EL cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sweet pepper
- 1 cup of sour cream or sour cream
- Salt, sugar
preparation
Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut crosswise on the stalk. Peel potatoes, dice, also dice the onion. Sliced sausages. Melt the margarine in the saucepan, fry the sausages with onions and garlic, add the Brussels sprouts and potatoes, and add the broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 min at the lowest level. Then whisk the cornflour with the pepper and a little water and stir. Season with a pinch of salt, a little sugar and possibly a little paprika.
Work time approx. 30 minutes, (faster with frozen Brussels sprouts) Cooking time 20 minutes.
