Chicken asparagus pan with cream sauce

This delicious chicken and asparagus pan with creamy sauce is very quick and easy to prepare, you can use both white and green asparagus.
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 600 g chicken slices
- 125 g ham cubes
- 500 g asparagus (white or green)
- 1 onion
- a little clarified butter
- 250 ml sauce hollandaise
- 200 ml of cream
- salt and pepper
- some paprika and chilli spice
- some ginger powder
- a few stems of yolk and parsley
preparation
- First the onion is peeled and diced, then heated in a large pan of clarified butter and in the onion cubes are glassy steamed.
- Now the chicken cutlets are added and everything is well-cooked.
- The asparagus is washed and peeled (in the green only the lower third), then cut the asparagus spears in about 4 to 5 cm long pieces and blanched for 2 to 3 minutes in boiling water.
- Then let it drain briefly, add it to the sliced on the pan and let the whole roast briefly until the asparagus has reached the desired bite resistance.
- Now add the ham cubes, the hollandaise sauce and the cream, season to taste and simmer for a few minutes over low heat.
- Finally, the washed and finely cut herbs are mixed in and it can be served.
Good with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
