Cinnamon waffles after Uromas Art

I got my prescription from my mother and my mom got it from grandma and grandma got it from her mother, so the recipe is from the fourth generation cinnamon waffles and will probably be passed on to my daughter by me.
But now I want to introduce you to the recipe of the cinnamon buns.
ingredients
- 125 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 200 g of sugar / powder
- Ground 65 g of ground hazelnuts or almonds
- 10 g of cinnamon
- 1 vial of Rumaroma

Step 1: Ingredients in the bowl
Butter, eggs and sugar in a bowl
Step 2: Stir frothy
Stir all ingredients with a mixer until frothy, add rum flavor.
Step 3: Add flour and almonds
I pour the flour into the frothy mixture and add my ground almonds or ground hazelnuts
Step 4: Weigh cinnamon
Here I weigh the 10 g of cinnamon and also pour it into the dough
Step 5: Add cinnamon
The cinnamon comes in the dough, which is then stirred again with the hand mixer.
Step 6: Shape balls
Molded walnut-sized balls are made with floured hands and one ball each is placed in cinnamon wafer pan rubbed with oil or butter.
Step 7: Cut cookies
After baking, the finished dough plate with the cinnamon rolls is removed from the cinnamon stick iron and cut into cookies. The baking time is 5 minutes with my cinnamon stick iron.
Step 8: Cool down
The finished Wäffelchen be placed on a wire to cool, but dusted while still warm with powdered sugar.
Step 9: Serve cookies or keep fresh
You can serve the cookies on Christmas Eve with a star dish.
Or you can put them in a box, where they stay fresh and you can enjoy them a little later.
