Clean extractor hood
Recently, my husband has completely removed the extractor in the kitchen. Inside it was really greasy and washing powder was the solution!
Normally I have dissolved in a large tub of hot water from the kettle in powder form.
The smaller items were soaked for a few minutes. You could hear it "tingling".
It is no exaggeration to say that the fat has almost resolved itself.
The large parts that can not be soaked I cleaned with a rag.
However, with fresh detergent powder water, a second pass was needed.
