Cooler sleep with dog chill mat
Our Flat Coated Retriever is currently suffering from the heat, but refuses to lie on their newly purchased cooling mat. These cooling mats come in different sizes and finishes. They are not that expensive.
My wife now had the idea - why not put the mat on the bed? Our weight then starts to cool the gel.
Either put under feet and legs, back, or neck and shoulder. Was a great idea. The mat kept cool all night and our sleep was much better and calmer. Rub it off in the morning and she's ready for the next night. These cooling mats are available in every zoo or pet shop. I do not want to advertise, but everyone has had the ad in the mailbox at the weekend.
Now we wish a good sleep despite 29 degrees in the bedroom!
