Cold time - ginger tea still different

Now we have cold again, and a warming tea does wonders!

For my recipe you have to like black tea, and by the way, as a cold drink you can enjoy it too!

So

  1. Slice a 4cm piece of ginger and simmer for about 5 minutes in about 3/4 L of boiling water.
  2. Add 4 allspice granules, 4 bags of black tea and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Let something go.
  3. Add freshly squeezed juice of 2 limes and 2 oranges.
  4. Season with lemongrass powder. Well get it!
