Complaint by "defective" goods by e-mail

I was in the beginning of December with a packet of cat food with the 12 bags in it, probably a package met, which contained only 11 bags and was packed wrong. At first I thought, well ... it happens, but it does not matter. Then I bought a pack of 12 of the same kind and again there were only 11 bags in it. I suspect the whole range has been wrongly packed.

Anyway, I then wrote an e-mail to the manufacturer and made my displeasure and reported that I have bought on the date and at the supermarket, the package, but just 2 times only 11 instead of 12 sachets of cat food in it, etc.

It took barely 2 weeks since I got from the manufacturer a large basket full of cat toys, new food and a voucher for different food, where then either 0.50 € or 1.00 euros are deducted in the store.

I had something similar some time ago, when chocolate was already rotten and came to me strange worms, although the chocolate should actually be still durable. Also in this case, I had written a short e-mail to the manufacturer, complained a little and a short time later received a large box full of chocolate and other sweets.

So my tip here: Do not always swallow everything that is not right, but sometimes complain if goods are wrong or not perfect. Finally, you pay for "perfect" and correct goods.
