Cook rice faster
I cook my rice mixed with quiona. Quinoa is a grain that comes from South / Central America. It only takes half the cooking time.
If there is something left over from quinoa ice:
1 red pepper in small pieces, 1-2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 green cucumber in pieces, finely chopped coriander + parsley, 1 tablespoon olive oil, corn oil, etc., salt, black pepper, possibly 1 chopped chili, the juice a lime, sour cream or 10% yogurt to taste.
Mix well, let simmer for 15 minutes and taste again.
Garnish with coriander, chili, lemon quarters.
