Crumble cake with applesauce
ingredients
For the dough:
- 500 g wheat flour
- 1 pkg. Baking powder
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 pkg. Vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg (size M)
- 250 g butter
For the filling:
- 1,400 g applesauce
- 100 g raisins
preparation
For the dough, mix flour with baking powder and place in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, egg and butter and process the ingredients with hand croaker with dough hook first on the lowest, then on the highest level to sprinkle.
Place half of the sprinkles on a baking sheet and press to a bottom.
Mix applesauce and raisins and spread on the dough. Sprinkle leftover sprinkles on top and into the tube.
