Czech pasta salad
I ate this pasta salad in Prague and loved it. Then imitated him at home. Unfortunately, I have no quantities, have everything free muzzle.
You take: Pasta, (sort of matter, I took fusilli) red and yellow peppers, smoked salmon, (small strips) a few gherkins (small cubes).
This is then mixed with gaaaaanz little remoulade, only so much so that the ingredients "stick together".
The almost finished pasta salad is then done in a small casserole dish and then makes decorative strips with Zaziki.
(Therefore, so little remoulade) The / That (?!) Zaziki makes the pasta salad just so delicious.
