Sugared almonds
Ingredients:
- 200 g almonds (or other nuts)
- 200 g sugar (may be less, depending on the taste, I always take 150 g)
- 100 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
preparation
- Bring sugar, cinnamon and water to a boil in a pan. Add almonds and stir, stir, stir.
- Eventually the mass will be dry and crumbly. Continue stirring until everything becomes liquid again and the almonds are glittering all around.
- Place on a baking tray, spread and let cool.
It's mega easy, the things taste like the Christmas market and only cost a few cents.
