Use dry make-up / wipes
If you moisten dry make-up / wipes slightly with water, you can still use them great.
It has already happened to many, the facial tissues have dried out, either because they have not been used for a long time, or because the flap has just been opened too often to remove them.
My bottom shawls were all pretty dry and you could not make-up with it, so I moistened a cloth well with water, the oil film was still on the cloth and you could make-up again wonderful.
