Here is my recovery option for brown bananas:

  1. Purée 1 banana with a few frozen strawberries and some sugar or honey and mix under 250 g of fruit yoghurt. A very healthy fruit yoghurt, because without chemical additives as purchased.
  2. Puree 1 banana, mix in 250 ml of milk, add a few teaspoons of Nutella and season with sugar. If you like, you can add some Baileys.
