Nasal douche for nasal and sinus infections!
The best thing is to buy a nasal douche, there are in every drugstore and with normal table salt as many times a day to shower the nose until the inflammation is gone!
If that is too cumbersome, should buy seawater nasal spray, even at the Aldi, and spray again and again. (But can be expensive, because you evntl. Many sprays need and not much is in it)
Eucalyptus capsules also help very well and they are also in every drugstore market, DM is usually the cheapest.
