Relieve knee: leg dumbbell with weights

If, due to illness and / or age, the knee joints become a weak spot, they can be relieved as follows:

"Lace" weights around the ankles, sit down on a table or similar. set and commute with the legs with relish. (Duration 2 - 5 minutes, the gym instructor recommended a weight of 2 kg).

Already during this mini-exercise you feel, how the knees seem to "expand" - at the latest after the first appearance it feels like floating on clouds - pure enjoyment!
