Decorative carrot slices
I brush the carrot and scratch 3x at equal intervals along a notch. If then slices are cut off, it will make a pattern. This does not look so boring as smooth, round discs. However, they are better in combination with peas or kohlrabi. Fresh parsley in addition ....
