Delicious peach punch

ingredients

  • 2 cans of peaches
  • Pick up juice from 1 can
  • 1 1/2 bottles of semi-dry sparkling wine
  • 2 bottles of white wine (Riesling or Silvaner)
  • 2 cl Cognac (Jacobi)
  • slightly sour soda

preparation

Cut the peaches into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Cover with cognac and cover with white wine for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Just before serving, empty the remaining white wine and sparkling wine over it. Add a little peach juice and a sip of sour cream.

Tastes wonderful.
