"Enemy" scouting before the interview

If it worked out with the job interview, you should prepare properly. Particularly practical (because soothing) I find it, the "enemy" spying out exactly.

So just to look on the Internet, as my interlocutor looks like (often there are photos), what he has for a position in the company, what he has done before (especially nice for reducing fears: old school photos of him or her looking; - ).

But of course it is also important to know everything about the company you want to apply for. History, philosophy, corporate goals should at least know roughly and maybe have a slightly more precise opinion (not only: "I really smell, your store ...").
