Special cheese cream sauce for noodles of all kinds
Time
Preparation time: 10 min.
Cooking or baking time: 5 min.
Total preparation time: 15 min.
The following recipe does not take 15 minutes, is extreeem yummy, in the quantities presumably saturates 3 people (or a person for 2 days, as in my case).
It is fundamentally a cheese cream sauce, which you but enormously refined with another step.
ingredients
- 1 tin of peas (a small tin is enough)
- 1 cup of cream
- a little bit of milk
- boiled ham and / or bacon (diced, I always take about 3 slices of cooked ham or so 1/2 pack of diced bacon)
- mustard
- 1 medium - large onion
- 150 g grated Emmentaler
- 1/4 piece of butter
- Pasta (Spirelli is best, but noodle the main thing), possibly pesto
dishes
- Big pot for the noodles
- Small pot for the sauce
- pan
preparation
- Now you let melt a little bit of butter in the pan first - meanwhile chop the onions and the ham.
- When the butter has melted nicely, the onion is pure and let it turn a little glassy.
- Then comes the sliced ham / the diced bacon - now let everything sizzle well.
- When the whole thing is crispy and the onions appear glassy enough, put the heat down and add the drained (!) Peas.
- The whole thing cools down a bit. Now add a bit (in my case: medium-strong) mustard. And with a little bit of me: calm down properly. 3-4 large pieces may already be.
- And to make it mix a bit better, add a dash of milk and mix well and keep at low heat to temperature. Meanwhile (preferably in parallel to the above step) prepare the sauce in another pot:
- I melt to 150 g Emmentaler with a cup of cream and to fill up about 100 ml of milk (n good shot stop).
- If the whole thing has worked out well: Tilt the stuff from the pan into the sauce, neatly rummanschen. You may need some salt, but I'll add a big spoonful of green pesto for seasoning.
- Now over the noodles tilt and feast! If it's not diet food, it may not be the cheapest sauce - but it's ultra tasty and considering that I'm an absolute beginner cook and make it effortless ... let's hear how you like it!
