I want to lose about 10 kilos, but I'm a sensual person through and through - this rarely fits together.


Now I've found a trick to really eat enough with delicious food to something that tastes extremely good: Spaghetti (Bolognese).

I cut (better: turn) zucchini or thick carrots with the Lurchi (if there are these things from other companies, please call them all and generously forgive me the advertising.) I know only this one, in long, thin spirals, the I give briefly in boiling salted water and then pour again, just like real spaghetti (drain well!).

I make a bolo of tartare, extra-lean beef or chicken tenderloin, fry with only a teaspoon of high-quality oil (the other ingredients are negligible by the calorie count) - super delicious and even a spoonful of grated pecorino in it!

The zucchini spaghetti (100 g = 19 Kcal!) Will take on the flavor of each addition, and a garlic-flavored spinach over it, or a pureed cauliflower or kohlrabi, stirred to a creamy sauce, will also taste fine. Mushrooms can also be combined well with the vegetable spaghetti. The carrot spaghetti (110 g = 29 Kcal!) Is complemented by an onion sauce.

I have already 4 kilos down, have always eaten delicious and I'm never hungry or greedy.
