  1. Mett with egg, mustard, 1 teaspoon of parsley, 1 dry teaspoon of paprika, salt, pepper, garlic and the breadcrumbs to a dough. Fry with oil in a separate pan until crumbly, set aside.
  2. Quarter tomatoes and set aside.
  3. Add the oil to a large saucepan and let it warm, add the onion and sauté until translucent. Add the pepper strips and season with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika, add the tomatoes and fry the whole over medium heat for at least 10 minutes until soft.
  4. Add the passed tomatoes and 3 tablespoons tomato paste, now the noodles come from now must be stirred vigorously! :) Once the mass thickens, always add some broth and stir, stir, stir! This goes on until the broth is all and the noodles are cooked.
  5. If the pasta is cooked, season again, if you like, can stir in some more tomato paste then comes the honey and a teaspoon each of parsley, chives and dill. To finish the sautéed Mett under the "Risotto".

You can also prepare the risotto vegetarian, tastes very delicious!
