You can easily make ice cream from pudding in stick ice molds.

Ice cream without a machine can also be made from Schlemmercreme / Dessertcreme (pudding to stir without cooking).

In accordance with the packing instructions + 2 teaspoons sugar or some sweetener (in case of ice, the normal sweetness loses its flavor), fill in ice-cream molds and place in the freezer for approx. 3-4 hours. Let it thaw slightly before eating. Makes about 7 ice creams.

The whipped pudding is so light and fluffy that no larger ice crystals form and it can be sucked creamy away.

  • You can also replace 100 ml of the milk with whipped cream.
  • Or add a fresh raw egg before stirring, the taste is slightly full-bodied.
  • Or stir in the same amount of yoghurt instead of milk.

If you touch the pudding with 1.5% milk and sweetener and fill it with 7 ice cubes, each ice cream has about 70 kcal, costs 12 cents and still tastes a little creamy.
