Fast office salads

I do not go to the canteen at noon and therefore always take something from home with me. Because we have no tea kitchen or the like, I can not warm up, so the food of choice next fruits and sandwiches is often salad - lately like vegetable salad.

I also like to buy frozen vegetables, for example:

Simple bean salad

I cook 1 bag of TK beans (sometimes more * cough *) in the evening in salt water with savory and meanwhile make a sauce

1 finely chopped onion
1 even finer chopped garlic clove
1 tbsp herb mixture (TK goes great)
Salt, pepper, sugar to taste
1 small natural yoghurt 3.8% fat
1 splash of soy cream
1 dash of vinegar

and then add them to the cooled beans. Leave in the fridge overnight, take to work the next morning.

Simple vegetable salad

I cook 1 bag of vegetables (peas, carrots, etc.) in salt water while making a sauce

1 finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (I use the miracle)
1 tbsp herb mixture (TK goes great)
Salt, pepper to taste.

If that's not enough sauce, add a spoon of mayo or some milk, yogurt or quark. Then mix the sauce with the cooled vegetables.

Of course you can do that perfectly with fresh vegetables, with TK it's only faster. Also always tasty: some Chinese or cabbage cut into fine strips, radish or radish. And for meat eaters, some cooked ham is good in both salad varieties. Even leftovers from the day before (meat, potatoes) can be accommodated taste-improving. I usually make the salads for two days, they keep themselves in the fridge but probably also three days without any problems.
