Cheese salad without mayo
Here is a delicious cheese salad:
400 g Emmentaler
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow parika
2 sour gurkies
1/2 cup Buko Mexikana
1/2 cup of natural yogurt or sour cream / sour cream / tzatziki
some pepper
Cut the cheese into about 1/2 cm cubes, as well as the peppers and cucumbers. Mix the Buko with the yoghurt to make it a bit creamier, and finally stir well and season with a little pepper.
Attention: The whole thing tastes really good after at least 4 to 5 hours.
Tip: try other flavors with the Buko or other cheese and do not take too much paprika, otherwise you will taste too strong.
