Fast peach pie

Ingredients soil
- 100 g of butter
- 50 - 100 g of sugar (to taste)
- 100 g of flour
- 100 g of ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Preparation ground
Make a crumbly dough from the ingredients (mix the flour and baking powder first). Place this in a baking tin (26 cm) lined with baking paper and press it down (to form a cake base). It does not hurt to grease the edge of the springform.
Ingredients topping
- 1 large tin of peaches
- 2 packs of custard powder vanilla
- Almond leaves to sprinkle

- Cut the peaches into small pieces and spread on the cake bottom.
- Mix the pudding powder with the juice of the peaches and then pour over the fruit.
- Sprinkle with almond leaves.
- Bake in the preheated oven (180 - 200 °) for about 20 - 25 minutes.
- The cake tastes lukewarm to us best.
