Fried Rice - fried rice with chicken breast fillet

If you like fried rice, I can recommend this recipe. Fried Rice can indeed roast with different types of meat, whether with chicken, pork or even without meat only with vegetables.
Ingredients that are needed
- 2 eggs
- Peppers (who likes, does not have to)
- 2 small carrots (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas or canned (I did not use any as my daughter does not like peas)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- Cooked about 4 cups of rice (I took parboiled) and cooled
- 1 bunch of spring onions (in small slices)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil or alternatively cooking oil
- Butter for searing, or some oil
- Meat to taste
preparation
- It is very important to cook the rice beforehand, so use cold rice.
- The chicken breast fillet I cut into medium sized pieces, seasoned and sautéed well in the pan (then put aside, can cool down a bit, because it will be heated later)
- First of all, roast eggs from the two eggs in a pan and set aside.
- Add a little butter or oil in a pan (butter makes a better taste) and stir-fry the carrots, onion, garlic and peas for a few minutes, add some pepper and salt.
- Now you add the rice, the spring onions and the soy sauce and mix everything well, which is now well fried together in the pan, maybe you add some butter.
- Now add the scrambled eggs and the meat and everything is sautéed again well, just before it is ready, you can mix the sesame oil.
