Ginger liqueur

ingredients

  • 120 g of fresh ginger
  • 700 ml of white grape juice
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 500 ml of grain or vodka

preparation

  1. Peel the ginger and dice it small. Bring the grape juice, sugar and ginger to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, pass through a fine sieve.
  2. Mix the liquid with the grain or vodka.
  3. Let it pass for 5 days. You may need to pass through a fine sieve again when refilling.

Very fine liqueur, the sharpness comes after swallowing - but ginger should be very healthy. Then health and enjoyment are best connected here!
