Glaze cake / muffins with air chocolate

There is a simple and relatively clean way to glaze cakes and muffins with chocolate without much effort and mess in the kitchen:

Simply place the cake directly after it has been taken out of the oven, top it with air chocolate (for example Aero vom Trumpf) and let it melt.

After it has melted slightly, move it around carefully so that the result is regular, and once everything has melted, possibly with a brush or knife smoothen. Then allow to cool down normally.

Disadvantage of the method: is suitable only for relatively fatty chocolates, and not for dark. However, the taste is much better than with normal couverture.
